Property plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
